**Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE)**:
En plus des responsabilités principales, le Contrôleur financier sera également responsable de la promotion et du renforcement des réglementations et procédures de l'entreprise et du gouvernement en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement (HSE). Il est crucial que tous les employés sous leur responsabilité adhèrent et suivent toujours les règles HSE.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Vous serez responsable du développement, de l'analyse et du suivi des informations financières de l'usine, y compris les prévisions, les budgets et les coûts standard, conformément au plan d'affaires annuel.
- Vous assurerez des rapports précis et opportuns sur la rentabilité par produit, projet, client et KPI opérationnels.
- Vous coordonnez le processus de budgétisation et de prévision/re-prévision sur la base d'analyses financières par usine, centre de coûts et indicateurs commerciaux.
- Vous analyserez les performances budgétaires et fournirez les raisons des écarts ainsi que les actions recommandées.
- Vous participerez à des projets de dépenses en immobilisations : évaluerez les dépenses courantes, fournirez des données à l'appui des analyses de rentabilisation des dépenses en immobilisations et estimerez les coûts pour appuyer les activités de devis.
- En conjonction avec les politiques de l'entreprise, surveiller et mettre en œuvre les contrôles internes nécessaires pour garantir l'intégrité des rapports, protéger les actifs de l'entreprise et identifier les risques.
- Examiner et analyser les dossiers financiers, les documents et les systèmes pour assurer la conformité aux exigences légales et aux contrôles des normes comptables.
- Participer aux audits internes et externes : financiers, opérationnels, inventaire mensuel, etc.
- Préparer des rapports sur les constatations d'audit et faire des recommandations pour améliorer les pratiques commerciales.
- Partager les meilleures pratiques ou fournir des conseils d'expert aux équipes et aux gestionnaires sur les questions financières et opérationnelles, les améliorations de processus et les changements de procédure.

**Êtes-vous la pièce manquante du puzzle ?**
- Vous avez un diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité ou gestion financière.
- Vous détenez un titre professionnel de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA) (un atout).
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle senior financier ou contrôleur.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle dans un environnement manufacturier (un atout).
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, et notamment d'Excel.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
- Vous avez une forte capacité à bien travailler sous pression dans un contexte livrable.
- Vous avez de fortes capacités interpersonnelles et des compétences en communication.
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue, en anglais et en français, écrit et parlé.
