**Reporting**: Reports to the Production Manager

**Role**: The Production Worker/Machine Operator will work in different departments pending on the skills/abilities to put together boots described in the work instructions.

**Main Duties**:

- Sort/carry/organize hides for processing.
- Die-cut leather, insoles, sock liners, and other parts for the product.
- Sew/stitch pieces of leather by operating various industrial sewing machines, CNC sewing, heat embossing, embroidery, and eyelet/rivet machines.
- Glue parts onto the product.
- Work with rubber product to create parts for product.
- Operate lasting equipment and grinding wheels for lasting.
- Operate injection machine to build metatarsal parts.
- Clean and package finished products.
- Clean and organize storage rooms.
- Examine materials/products for quality while operating equipment to accurately form product to specifications.
- Complete production reports as required.
- Troubleshoot and report minor maintenance and repairs on equipment as comfortable.
- Cleaning rooms, equipment, and tools.
- Preparing shipments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
