**SUMMARY**:
Working from home and based out of the Edmonton area. The Territory Manager will oversee sales activities for the Company in the Northern Alberta and Northern British Columbia territory. They drive results within the territory through our wholesale location and work with other Pacific truck departments to contribute a successful performance. With understanding of business operations, the Territory Manager is an important member of the strategic and annual planning team for the specified area. In addition, this position is responsible for the growth of the territory through support of business development opportunities in existing and emerging markets. Analysis, development and deployment of sales initiatives in the assigned territory are required.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This position is responsible for the management of our wholesale customers within a specific geographic territory.
- Promotion of Pacific truck parts and service offering thru sales calls on wholesale businesses.
- Responsible for forecasting and tracking sales goals and objectives.
- Identify and targeting potential new customers for our affiliate program.
- Recommends and coordinates product training for customers with the assistance of our Sales Manager, Vendors, and Product Managers.
- Recommends Open House assistance and coordinates with CCC management & Vendors.
- Reports information gained, regarding competition activity, pricing and potential new customers etc.
- Support the implementation of approved corporate policies, practices, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail. Has the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong inter-personal skills and a team player, working in cross-functional teams and levels of the organization.

**EDUCATION**:

- Business-related field or equivalent Industry related sales experience

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Five years of experience in HD truck and Trailer part sales.
- Four years of management experience.
- Heavy duty industry experiences a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Self-starter.

- Approximately 75% of time will be business travel related.
