**About us**
We are a Property Management company with multiple mandates. All construction projects are strictly internal with a focus on growing our business in various communities in Cumberland County.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work as a site supervisor to plan construction projects.
- Be present on the construction site to organize, supervise and complete projects.
- Supervise workers on the floor and delegate work to them.
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and other professionals about plans for the building.
- Inspect buildings for safety and quality.
- Perform basic carpentry work.
- Perform basic plumbing work.
**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
