Scale Attendant

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Scaling a high volume of trucks
- Efficiently and accurately operate truck scaling software
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and take orders
- Procurement of new clients and business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service (quoting, answering questions, etc.)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong people and organizational skills
- Multi-tasking, problem solving and attention to deal are a must
- Experience with Microsoft office products
- Working unsupervised, meeting deadlines & performing under pressure
- Post-secondary education in construction/logistics or related fields is an asset
- Dispatch and construction experience is an asset

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stonewall, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
