Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock and budget
- Create and assist in developing new cocktails for seasonal menus
- Work alongside other team members to enhance and develop the cocktail menu
- Multi-task by working the bar, lounge, and restaurant
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow Hawthorn policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- 5 years of previous bartending experience preferred
- Self-starter and autonomous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record of successful cocktail menu development
- Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

**Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to)**:

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
