Hamilton, Canada Brush & Broom Janitorial Service Full time

Perfect for retired or semi-retired individual - not a good fit for students or those already in a full-time position.

Must have vehicle. Will not work with public transportation.

Negotiable hours. Various job sites, all within Hamilton and surrounding area.

Must be able to follow instructions well. Training available.

Familiarity with small repair jobs, maintenance, cleaning, HVAC, an asset but not a requirement.

Able to work in a fast paced environment, committed, consistent, hard worker.

Able to work alone most of the time, but also able to interact with clients in a friendly manner.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- maintenance and repair, sweeping, picking up garbage, cleaning (such as vacuuming, mopping, washrooms), meeting with contractors, changing lights, checking facilities
- after-hours emergency on call - meet contractor or fire department, etc., to let into building when required
- available for weekdays or weekends

This is an evolving position. Some weeks may require more hours than others. Three month probation to communicate and discuss if this is a good fit and will work for both employer and employee.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
