As we expand our market reach, we’re looking for a motivated and passionate Haskap Berry Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. You will play a key role in driving sales, promoting our haskap berry products, merchandising and educating potential clients about the benefits and uses of this superfruit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new sales opportunities within the food and beverage industry, including grocery stores, restaurants, and health food shops.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction—merchandising stores as needed.
- Present and promote haskap berry products to potential customers, highlighting their unique selling points and nutritional advantages.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations to showcase haskap berries and network with potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or agricultural industries.
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage sector and an understanding of the health benefits of haskap berries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
