Anne & Arthur, petite entreprise de services pour animaux, cherche à ajouter à son équipe un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des Services. Fondée en 2016, Anne & Arthur offre un service hors pair aux propriétaires de chiens, chats et petits animaux domestiques dans les collines de la Gatineau (Chelsea, Cantley, Wakefield, Masham et Val-des-Monts).

En étroite collaboration avec le directeur des services, le(a) coordonnateur(trice) des services a pour responsabilité d'assurer le rendu des services de promenade pour chiens et gardiennage pour chats avec l'aide de notre équipe de promeneuses/gardiennes, en apportant un support logistique à l'équipe, en utilisant les outils électroniques en place et en maintenant un haut niveau de communication avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.

**Éducation et expérience**:

- Deux (2) ans d'expérience en tant que promeneur(se) de chiens et gardien(ne) d'animaux

ET
- Diplôme d'études en technique de santé animale, soins animaliers, aide vétérinaire ou tout autre formation connexe pertinente

OU
- Diplôme en éducation et comportement canin

OU
- Formation en toilettage

OU
- Toute combinaison d'expérience et de formation jugée satisfaisante

**Aptitudes requises**:

- Promenade de chiens (individuelle et groupes)
- Connaissance en soins aux chats d'intérieur et petits animaux domestiques
- Connaissance du fonctionnement général d'un logiciel de services pour animaux
- Habileté à gérer efficacement un horaire complexe selon des priorités établies
- Service à la clientèle impeccable
- Bilinguisme anglais/français
- Aptitudes en communication orale/écrite et résolution de conflits
- Disponibilité à travailler certains jours de fin de semaine et congés fériés

Anne & Arthur, small pet care services business, is looking to add a Pet Services Coordinator to its team. Founded in 2016, Anne & Arthur offers quality services to dog, cat and small animal owners in the Gatineau Hills area (Chelsea, Cantley, Wakefield, Masham and Val-des-Monts).

Working closely with the Director of Services, the Pet Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of dog walking and cat sitting services with the help of our team of dog walkers/pet sitters, by offering a logistics support to the team, by using electronic tools in place and by maintaining a high level of communication with clients and team members.

**Education and experience**:

- Two (2) years professional expeirence as a dog walker and pet sitter

AND
- Diploma as a veterinary technician, veterinary assistant, animal health or any related field of studies

OR
- Diploma in dog training & behavior modification

OR
- Training as a professional dog groomer

OR
- Any combination of education and experience considered satisfactory

**Required skills**:

- Dog walking (individual and groups)
- Knowledge in cat and small animal care
- Knowledge of the general operation of professional pet care software
- Ability in managing complex schedule according to established prorities
- Impeccable customer service
- French /English bilingualism
- Oral/written communication and conflict resolution
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays
