**Company Overview**

**Position Description**

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a fast paced, multi-tasker to add to our Barrie operations. The focus of the role is to supervise the processing of truckloads of used tires by receiving, counting, sorting, and transporting these tires to the appropriate area of the facility.

Initially, all roles will be on dayshift. The plant will be moving to three shifts as business grows so all applicants need to understand that shift work will be required.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Abide by all Health and Safety protocols.
- Sort Recyclable material (Tires)
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment including skid steers and excavators.
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks, that maybe required from time to time. Includes outside and inside premises.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.
- Oversee upkeep, fueling, and some maintenance of all yard equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Experience and qualified to operate skid steers, excavators, and other industrial mobile equipment.
- A significant portion of the workday will be spent outside in the yard.
