**Marketing Associate**

**_Position Objective:_**

If so, we’re looking for YOU to join our team at Powerhouse Controls. We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and engaging communication.

**_Key Responsibilities_**

As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in showcasing our work to clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Website Management**: Maintain and update our website to ensure it’s professional, informative, and visually engaging.
- **Content Development**: Create compelling articles, blogs, and other marketing materials that translate technical information into clear, accessible language.
- **Collaboration with Engineers and other Departments**: Work closely with our technical team to extract and transform complex information into marketing assets. This role will also capture employee testimonials and work to support our recruitment initiatives.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and manage LinkedIn content to build our online presence and engage with industry audiences.
- **Creative Campaigns**: Add a touch of artistry and innovation to all marketing efforts, ensuring our brand stands out in the industry.

**_Qualifications_**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications. Experience in a technical or engineering-related industry is a strong asset.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., website CMS, social media management tools, and graphic design software). Basic understanding of SEO principles is an asset.
- **Writing and Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
