Primary Care Paramedic

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Paramedic to join our medical team. As a Primary Care Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time position located in Assiniboia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

- **Saskatchewan College of Paramedics Registered**:

- Restricted or Unrestricted
- Class 4 Drivers license or working towards
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Skills**:

- Heavy lifting: Ability to lift and move heavy objects or assist patients with mobility issues.
- Patient care: Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Medication administration: Knowledge of administering medications safely and accurately.
