**Duties and responsibilities**:
Duties include:

- Conducting assessments with individuals virtually or in-person in their homes and in public locations.
- Travel throughout defined regions of the province, including overnight stays, as required.
- Recording information obtained during the assessment process in a data management system and/or paper process.
- Providing project reporting and information as requested (verbal, paper, electronic), such as statistics, status updates, scheduling information, challenges, etc. to Senior Supervisor, management, and Ministry staff as required.
- Ongoing communication with Senior Supervisor and Administrator, as well as other Assessors in carrying out of responsibilities.
- Developing, scheduling, and coordinating daily workflow within specified timeframes.
- Liaising with other community organizations or support persons as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Degree in Human Services.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two years related assessment work experience.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In depth understanding of disability issues including conducting assessments (disability, impact, functional, vocational).
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers Licence and use of personal vehicle.
