**Responsibilities**
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
- Able to pull plumbing permits and foster a good working relationship with town and municipality plumbing inspectors
- Supervise and train apprentices
- Install plumbing and mechanical systems
- Daily Site cleanup
- Complete work as designated with safety in mind, Ensure WCB/ Work Safe BC and company standards are met at all times
- Manage productivity and profitability on all jobs, Maintain standards of excellence based on performance reviews

**Skills**
- Journeyman/woman Plumber license (Red Seal Certification is required)
- Five years proven experience as a plumber
- Solid understanding of water distribution and drainage/ venting systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Ability to handle standard plumbing tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with a great deal of patience
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift 75 lbs., work in awkward spaces
- Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship
- Valid Driver's License and have your own reliable vehicle

$40-48/ Hour DOE

**Salary**: $40.00-$48.00 per hour
