Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and tracking data from customers.
- Entering data into Salesforce.
- Sending out customer bids.
- Providing support to outside sales reps and estimators.
- Supporting the project team in project control activities with a focus on deadlines.
- Working with various stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk-related data.
- Assisting and supporting the estimating team and documenting initiatives.
- Presenting findings to the project team when required.
- Collaborating with different functional groups to provide benchmarking information and feedback on risk management accuracy, and supporting development as needed.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
- Understanding of the construction industry.
