Ballroom Instructor

Join Access Ballroom, a 5-star rated dance studio in Toronto, to start a fulfilling, exciting, and glamorous career as a Ballroom Dance Instructor where growth is at the core of what we provide both to our employees and clients.

We currently have 4 openings for this position and looking for both male and female Instructors to work FULL-TIME (40 hours a week) to provide private and group dance instruction to Access Ballroom clients in American Smooth, American Rhythm, and Club Dances within the provided teaching framework, guidelines and syllabus.
- Minimum of 2 years of ANY dance experience; experience in the American Style Smooth and Rhythm is preferred;
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience;
- Secondary school degree is a minimum, dance education is an asset;
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills;
- Sales and customer service experience is an asset;
- Must love teaching and enjoy social dancing;
- Dedication and passion for dance;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, sense of tact and diplomacy
- Quick learner;
- Physically fit;
- Fluent in English is a must.

Training and Salary
- Paid training will be provided including dance and syllabus training, personality and effective communication training, successful teacher training, sales training and more
- Hourly wage will be determined by the dance training level achieved and the number of lessons being given (range starting at $20.00 to $50.00 and above).
- Work-related bonuses and commission
- FULL-TIME only (40 hours a week spread between 5 work days)
