**Skills Required**:

- **7+ years of experience in SAP EHSM with 1 implementation and 2 Support project experience**:

- Strong experience in Product Regulatory Compliance data management and Supplier Collaboration, Tracer, EHSM Incident Management, Specification Management, Interfaces, and exposure to SOLMAN
- Experience of ITIL Framework desirable
- Hands on experience with **SAP S4 HANA **processes

**Good to Have Skills**:

- SAP S/4 HANA EHSM certification
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA 2021 - EHSM desirable

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- S/4 HANA MDG - EHSM Application Support - Incident resolution and trouble shooting
- Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with functional / technical teams for CRs
- Partner with business/other stakeholders to resolve complex problems and improve existing processes
- Problem Management adoption to resolve recurring incidents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
