**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with and Lead a team of Production employees to complete work on time, within budget, with high quality standards.
- Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Experience in reading wiring schematics/diagrams and mechanical blueprints and troubleshooting wiring and mechanical issues
- Able to visualize and plan the assembly of a product based on wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Perform electrical wiring techniques (stripping, terminating, crimping)
- Demonstrates safe work practices and is responsible for employee adherence to all EHS policies within their team.
- Ensures that ISO 9001 quality system requirements are met, prepare and maintain work procedures and instruction.
- Approximately 60-80% of time will be spent performing assembly requirements associated with area job description, and the remaining time spent identifying/resolving project issues.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams and supervisors to identify and resolve production assembly issues.
- Provide supervisors with feedback of team performance with respect to EHS, Quality and Compliance.
- responsible for assessing and "ordering" needed consumables (conduit, wire fittings etc )
- Identify errors in parts or supplies within Bills of Materials and reports issues to Supervisor, Planning, Engineering, and Sourcing.
- Ensure materials are available in a timely manner to not delay project execution.
- Review shipping plan for projects in conjunction with supervisors and Logistics team.
- Maintains and promote good housekeeping.
- Observes, promotes and exhibits all environment, health and report safety violations.
- Identify Production issues and track to full resolution and closure.
- Advocate lean ideas within work area.
- Actively reviews, updates and improves production processes and related ISO documentation.
- Help to raise awareness and promote participation in company events
- Organizes work areas to display required work metrics.
- Provide leadership in the Plant-wide EHS program and be a H&S Framework owner
- Be available to work overtime on weekends
- Knowledgeable with SAP
- These duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be supplemented as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Electrician license (preferred)
- Experience with PLCs and robotics systems will be considered an asset
- Must be mechanically inclined and have demonstrated knowledge/ability to read and interpret schematics/blueprints, shop drawings, manuals, etc.
- Must be able to work under mínimal supervision
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of area specific equipment
- Learns, understands, and can implement and adhere to all policies, practices and procedures.
- 5+ years of directly related on the job experience - strong sense of urgency, organizational ability and take ownership to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgeted hours. Previous successful Team Leading experience
- Must work in a safe manner and comply with all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Position, install, and secure all sub-components into various pieces of equipment as per appropriate drawings.
- Operate a wide variety of machinery as part of the manufacturing processes i.e. pipe/conduit/tube benders, grinders, drills, etc.
- Fabricate, assemble and hydro-test PVC, PP, and PVDF pipe spools.
- Perform self-inspection to verify that all components are installed, tested and match applicable drawings and sign QA documentation.
- Must be able to work first shift and overtime as required

1st shift
- _Monday-Friday (8hrs/day, 6:45am-3:00pm)_

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour
