- Examines documents received and ensures that the information is complete. If necessary, acquires information from the persons concerned-
- Establishes the excess mortality or morbidity rate by consulting various reference sources used in the company- Acts as a resource person for colleagues- Completes the electronic documentation by rigorously codifying the information contained on file- Drafts correspondence to explain case decisions or to provide an interpretation of our insurance policies- Helps develop operational processes or changes to computerized systems for the unit- Consults with his superior or internal or external resources on more complex cases, as required, and evaluates potential risk for the organization

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required- Advance knowledge in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
