We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and directed to perform their duties efficiently and safely.
- **Resource Management**: Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of the project, conducting regular quality inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- **Client Relations**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, and striving to exceed client expectations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, progress reports, and time sheets, and provide regular updates to management on project status and performance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures, and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the landscaping department.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of landscaping or in the construction industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and hardscape construction methods considered an asset
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients,
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and landscape plans.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Class 3 license is highly recommended
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $26.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
