**Purpose**:
The Early Childhood Supervisor is responsible for the design and execution of children's summer/fall programs and events at Kingdom House Christian Centre. This role involves creating virtual programming and weekly activities for children ages 4-12, fostering intellectual, emotional, social, character development, and creative activities. Collaboration with the A/V Technician, Marketing Coordinator, and Graphic Designer is crucial for recording, editing digital programming elements, and developing promotional campaigns.

**Over Arching Expectations**:

- Design and execute children's summer/fall programs and events, including virtual programming and weekly activities.
- Modify existing curriculum for digital facilitation and collaborate with A/V Technician for recording and editing.
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer for promotional campaigns and creative program elements.
- Foster a holistic development cycle for children.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a day camp setting.
- Experience in program development and training.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to working in a socially inclusive environment, responding with sensitivity to diverse needs.
- Must be available to work on Sundays.
- Team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, motivational, and creative.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Great with children (ages 4-12).
- Be able to provide an up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check

**Guidelines for Employment Eligibility**:

- This job is through the Canada Summer Job Grant program. To fulfill the requirements of the grant applicants must be between **15 and 30** years of age at the start of employment.
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada under relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations (International students are not eligible).

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.55 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
