Psychotherapist

Marquis Counselling & Consulting is hiring We are a team of psychotherapists that support children, teens, adults, couples and families in Whitby and virtually across Ontario. We are looking to add a Psychotherapist who works from a trauma and attachment lens. We work with a population that predominantly presents with complex trauma. We are looking for a Psychotherapist who is looking to join a supportive team long-term, who desires to become connected and really grow in their practice. This is an In-Person part-time position with potential for full-time.

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Member in good standing with CRPO or OCSSW
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- Ability to work in-person 2-3 days per week from our Whitby office (min 15 client hours); as well as ability to see clients virtually
- Availability for evenings is required
- Police Check with Vulnerable Sectors

**Expectations**:

- Work independently in-person at the office and/or remotely
- Maintenance of own client files and required documentation
- Client notes to be completed within 24 hours of session
- Management of schedule, client payment and collecting fees for services
- Ability to work with individuals (13+), experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, BPD
- Ability to work with kids 3+ and families is considered an asset
- Ability to work with eating disorders an asset
- EMDR training an asset
- Ability to work with couples an asset
- Availability to work weekends an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55.00-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
