Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Maintain electronic medical records and update patient files
- Assist with billing and processing insurance claims
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working at the front desk of a medical or dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
