**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems by implementing and maintaining IT security protocols and procedures based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's phone systems to ensure reliable communication channels.
- Manage the company's IT assets, including hardware, software, and other equipment, and ensure they are properly maintained and replaced as needed.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster or system failure.
- Assist in onboarding new dealership acquisitions to ensure seamless integration with the company's IT systems.
- Manage user staging and support, ensuring that employees have the necessary hardware, software, and other tools to perform their job functions.
- Develop and implement user education programs to help employees better understand and use IT systems.
- Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints and that appropriate resources are allocated for various IT projects.
- Plan, manage, and oversee various IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementations.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of managing network infrastructure, IT security, disaster recovery, asset management, and user support.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, network infrastructure, IT security protocols, and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Experience in the acquisition and integration of new businesses into existing IT systems.

**Other Important Information**:

- Regular Dealership visits will be required. You must be willing and comfortable driving between New Minas and Yarmouth
- Hours 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Required to work the occasional evening and weekend for special projects, systems maintenance, or for emergencies.
