**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our **Information Systems and Digital** **team** in **Toronto**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a **Pharmaceutical - Business Analyst**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute hardware deployments across multiple sites, ensuring readiness and effective communication to support users during transitions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive deployment plans covering hardware requirements, procurement, setup, and cutover activities.
- Establish and maintain hardware standards, ensuring global qualification and providing installation guidelines.
- Manage system readiness topics and deliverables, acting as a single point of contact for ASPIRE hardware readiness.
- Identify, resolve, and mitigate deployment risks and issues, while continually seeking improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize project processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or University degree in informatics, engineering or similar field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in projects, programs and initiatives to implement IT projects
- Knowledge of IT, automation, operations and quality business processes
- Experience in software/hardware/ device solution deployment management across multiple facilities
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
