Machine Operator

**Dependent on operational needs, this position will be a CNC Operator, Grinder Operator, or Press Operator position.**
- **CNC Operator Responsibilities**:_
- Must be able to set-up and operate the C.N.C.’s and related equipment to acceptable quality and production standards as required (must run all machines including internal part numbers).
- Able to operate coolant and harpoon systems.
- Check coolant levels daily to ensure coolant levels are in the target range (start of day shift).
- Complete operation PM’s.
- Must understand basic operation of Keyence.
- Communicate effectively through shift notes, charts, and forms regarding quality, production, machine status, etc.
- Create a Work Order if maintenance cannot be done during the shift.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- **Grinder Operator Responsibilities**:_
- Must be able to operate the 1stgrinder (rough) and the 2nd grinder (finish) and buffer to required standards of time and quality.
- Understand and adhere to the control and containment procedures for non-conforming or suspect non-conforming product.
- Understand and adhere to the scrap protocol procedure.
- Complete operation PM’s on equipment.
- Must be able to operate the Polyclon.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- **Press Operator Responsibilities**:_
- Must be able to set up, operate, and remove any die in any press to company standards of time and quality.
- Must be able to operate the press and washer to required standards of time a quality.
- Understand and adhere to the control and containment procedure for non-conforming or suspect non-conforming product.
- Understand and adhere to the scrap protocol procedure.
- Complete basic machine PM.
- Must be able to operate Pre-wash and Main wash.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- **Qualifications**:_
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent with Grade 12 Math required.
- Must have a minimum score of 50 on the Mechanical Aptitude Test.
- Must meet all of the physical requirements of the job.

**Salary**: $23.09-$25.32 per hour
