As a Cleaning and Maintenance Team Member, **your responsibilities will include**:
**Thorough Cleaning**: Dive into cleaning tasks with gusto, ensuring all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, are sparkling clean.

**Equipment and Surface Sanitization**: Keep our cooking and dining equipment in top-notch condition, ensuring everything is sanitized and ready for the next day.

**Waste Management**:Efficiently handle waste disposal, ensuring all trash is properly sorted and removed from the premises.

**Closing Duties**: Assist in some closing tasks to ensure the restaurant is secure and ready for the next business day.

**Inventory Check**: Perform a quick inventory check of cleaning supplies and report any needs for restocking.

**What we're looking for**:

The ability to work independently and efficiently during late hours (starting at 9 PM).
