- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Cleaning of common hallways and vacant suites
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the site
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Respond to and resolve any issues or complaints from tenants or visitors
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, or other site-related projects
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment performance
- Snow removal in winter and landscaping in the summer.

- Some experience in residential apartment rentals
- Knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, tenants, and contractors
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety at the site

**Salary**: $20,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
