We are a full landscape construction and property maintenance company established in 2010, serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas.

Wilder Concepts Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, ethical, punctual, and dependable individuals to expand our landscape construction team.

**$28.00 and Up Dependent on Experience**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Extensive knowledge and ability to perform all carpentry related tasks is required
- Thorough comprehension of the Ontario Building Code and Municipal Codes are required
- Must be able to read blueprints, construction drawings and grading plans
- Valid G licence is required, and Class A (Restricted) licence is an asset
- Moderate operational knowledge for small machinery including mini excavator and skid steers is required

**Responsibilities and Expectations**:

- Supervise and manage a small crew of 2-4 people.
- Responsible for assigning tasks based on work schedules, inspecting the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met, and overseeing all on-site aspects of landscape carpentry projects.
- Accountable for material orders, take-offs, job tracking and any other necessary paperwork.
- Ensure clear communication with office to schedule site and project inspections.
- Interact with customers to resolve issues or answer questions.
- Instruct crew members on proper work standards, methods, and quality levels.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, equipment and machinery to complete installations and landscape carpentry projects including but not limited to decks, fences, pergolas, sheds, and gazebos.
- Must complete vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operations and maintain proper working conditions.
