Overview of the Role: As a Painter at Vintage Woodworks, you will play a role in ensuring our projects meet the standards of quality and craftsmanship. You'll handle various tasks, including painting, cleaning, and maintaining finished products. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong hand skills, organizational ability, and a passion for the trades. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and historical preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Inspect painted products to ensure clean finishes and adherence to client specifications; address any issues promptly.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly clean and maintain paint equipment; keep the work area tidy and organized.
- Inventory and Supplies: Track and manage paint inventory; order materials and maintain organized supplies.
- Production Efficiency: Forecast and plan jobs to meet production schedules; maintain an organized paint booth; track job progress.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and perform routine safety checks on equipment and the work area.

Qualities and Skills Required:
- At least 2 years of experience using tools or the ability to learn and succeed quickly.
- Strong hand skills and proficiency with painting techniques.

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
