Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Trade Worker to join our team. As a Construction Trade Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and perform duties related to the construction field.

We are seeking individulas with experience in flooring, drywalling, mudding and taping as well as finishing work. The successful applicant(s) will have at least 3 years experience in the field and be able to pass a drug and alcohol test. A clean driver's abstract is required.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Lay down flooring
- Put up drywall
- Taping and mudding, painting
- Install doors, and cabinets
- Able to multi-task
- Available for emergency calls for water, sewer and fire emergencies
- Hood fan cleanings, experience perferred however training will be provided

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction is required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- All company regulations regarding safety and procedures must be followed

**Salary**: $20.31-$28.46 per hour
