De plus, c’est te projeter dans le futur en travaillant avec les technologies de la nouvelle agriculture, les équipements industriels, l’acquisition et l’analyse de données ainsi que la création de valeur.

Les mandats au Centre d’innovation Gilles Soucy sont variables (2 à 3 ans) avec possibilité de renouvellement.

Tu déploieras ton potentiel dans deux sphères importantes
Marketing
Aller sur le terrain pour comprendre nos clients et leurs besoins
Rester à l’affût des tendances de nos marchés et les partager, par exemple en participant à des événements
Développer ton réseau de contacts parmi les usagers pour valider des idées
Analyser des marchés, leurs clientèles et la concurrence
Innovation
Participer activement à l’innovation en représentant la vision des utilisateurs
Collaborer avec les départements des ventes, marketing, ingénierie et design industriel
Évaluer le marché potentiel de nos innovations
Valider la désirabilité d’une innovation auprès de la clientèle par différentes techniques
Le profil créatif idéal
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, marketing ou intelligence d’affaires
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions ou un rôle similaire
Connaître les marchés agricoles, sports motorisés et équipement industriel
Manipulation et analyse de données

**Expertise en analyse de marché**: recherche, taille, segmentation, comportement, concurrence
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
Sens de l’initiative, de la polyvalence et une bonne capacité d’adaptation
