**Mailroom Clerk**

With our continued growth in Canada, we are seeking a **Mailroom Clerk** for our **Mississauga Office on a short term contract**

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Receive inbound mail from Canada Post and courier services and deliver to various departments throughout the office following designed processes.
- Scanning of received documentation.
- Coverage for daily bank run for the Funding department.
- Unpack and route goods to appropriate areas.
- Reception backup coverage as needed.
- Monitor and manage supplies inventory, mail, and distribution activities.
- Ordering supplies through office services
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other deliveries.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- High school diploma
- Experience in a mailroom environment is preferred.
- General knowledge of MS Office
- Job requires lifting 40-60 lbs daily.
- Ability to process requests in a timely manner.
- Experience in customer service environment
- Excellent client service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff.
- Ability to prioritize assignments.
- Willingness to be flexible to daily demands.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
