**OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments
- Proactively coordinate project related issues on accounts or assignments
- Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
- Conduct and document all weekly project meetings
- Coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”)
- Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation
- Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions
- Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
- Support and assist in the COR Safety program ensuring all documents are filled in correctly and we are meeting our requirements to maintain our COR Certification
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and education
- Commercial real estate, architectural or construction industry experience is an asset
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture, and space planning concepts is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
- Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with internal and external Stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- May require on-call activity after regular office hours
- Operates with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional yet personable demeanor
- Demonstrates leadership, responsiveness, and accountability
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proactive and takes initiative
