**Position**: Overnight Residential Concierge

**Schedule**: Sunday to Thursday 11PM - 7AM

**Start Date**: Training begins as early as April 8th

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor security systems, patrol property and report any irregularities.
- Handle emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist residents with any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a logbook detailing overnight activities.
- Follow the building's standards and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous concierge or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- **Reliability and punctuality are a must.**
