Front Counter Sales/tire Technician

**Role** **Purpose**:
As Front Counter Sales/Tire Technician you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, billing, quoting, and tire technician duties at the branch located in Humboldt.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Front counter sales
- Answering phones, invoicing customers, accepting and processing payment
- Installation, balance, rotation and repair of passenger, light truck, commercial, industrial, and ag tires
- Inspection of tires and wheels for correct inflation, wear patterns, tread depth and damage
- Work with tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Maintenance of service equipment
- Specialty tire work including: studding of passenger and light truck tires, submitting commercial casings for retreading, run flat tires, etc.
- Completion of assigned courses; Tire Industry Association (TIA), and other related courses
- Tire Technician Responsibilities Include: _

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service skills
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain valid drivers license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
