**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily food preparation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control
- Develop new menu items and specials
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
**Skills**:
- Proficient in all aspects of food preparation and cooking
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items
- Experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
