**Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP is a leading Western Canadian OEM distributor of commercial turf maintenance and other equipment including Toro, Yamaha, Pisten Bully, BOSS Plow, etc.**

**Our business seeks the addition of a Parts Manager for our Surrey, British Columbia location.**

**Reporting to the branch manager, you will be responsible for leading your department to success.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee and supervise the activities of all aftermarket operations personnel.
- Manage and work closely with the parts, service and shipping teams to drive exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
- Provide assistance to staff members with relation to sourcing parts and daily operations.
- Supervise and assist personnel to ensure timely and accurate parts orders and repair times.
- Mentor, coach, motivate and develop parts and service representatives to achieve personal and team performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain a solid team through the use of performance management, ongoing training and a standardized level of expectations.
- Establish and maintain a communication network with other divisional locations and departments.
- Build trusting relationships with our other branches, employees, customers and suppliers creating an open, positive work environment.
- Ensure all personnel are complying and understand our company policies and safety procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch with a specific focus on parts, service, and warehouse operations.
- Develop and nurture vendor relationships to ensure the highest level of service is provided to Oakcreek Golf & Turf from purchasing to vendor returns.
- Review operating results against divisional metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all customer and employee concerns have been addressed in a reasonable time frame.
- Maintain a clean, organized dealership.
- Manage and control expenses.
- Perform other duties as requested by Management.
- Minimum two to five years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results.
- You may be required to travel to the US. A valid passport and ability to travel is a requirement for this position.
