**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with pre-job hazard assessments and inspections before commencing any job
- Learn how to operate units and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow our health and safety guidelines outlined in the Northfork Oilfield Services safety manual
- Follow government legislation and internal policies and procedures
- Wear and inspect required PPE
- Attend safety meetings
- Any other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Class 5 license
- Air brakes is an asset
- Satisfactory five-year commercial driver abstract
- Valid safety certificates (standard first aid, h2s, fall arrest)
- Oilfield service industry knowledge
- Understanding of pump jack maintenance
- Strong communication skills
- Above-average work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Drayton Valley, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pumpjack Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
