**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Sales Representative at MAXPower Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start their career in sales within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Client Engagement**: Reach out to prospective clients, present our service offerings, and understand their needs.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the Senior Sales Representatives with client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain and update records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is an asset. Recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
