- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field; or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience.
- Experience - At least 5 years of management experience in the construction, operations, or related industries. Experience managing teams and projects in a unionized environment is a plus.
- Leadership Skills - Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building, organizational development, and change management.
- Problem-Solving Skills - A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management systems, and a working knowledge of operational tools. Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Bilingual - English/French proficiency is preferred to support regional operations.

- Team Leadership - Develop and manage a high-performing team. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement employee development plans to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Resource Optimization - Collaborate with other branches to optimize personnel and equipment allocation for short and long-term projects. Ensure efficient utilization of branch assets.
