**Description d’emploi**:
En tant qu'Artiste Technique, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les artistes et les programmeurs pour aider à optimiser les ressources et les pipelines. Vous participerez à la mise en œuvre de fonctionnalités artistiques techniques, développerez des outils et des flux de travail, et effectuerez des opérations de débogage sur les outils et les processus. Vous vous assurerez que les artistes peuvent produire des œuvres d'art de haute qualité tout en respectant les contraintes des plates-formes cibles du jeu.
**Ce que vous ferez**:
Créer des outils pour supporter des tâches reliées au terrain
Créer des recettes pour les biomes selon les besoins artistiques et ceux du design
Maintenir et suivre une banque d’actifs liés aux biomes
Agir en tant qu'intermédiaire entre les équipes artistiques, de design et de programmation
Soutenir les artistes 3D en établissant des pipelines efficaces et en développant des outils
Répondre aux questions techniques liées à l'art et à l'optimisation du jeu
Surveiller la mémoire et le taux de rafraîchissement
Valider les ressources, optimiser les données, les flux de travail et les pipelines
Garantir la livraison d'œuvres d'art de haute qualité et optimisées en respectant les contraintes établies telles que les budgets mémoire et les objectifs de taux de rafraîchissement
Résoudre les erreurs liées aux matériaux, aux collisions et divers problèmes dans l'éditeur de jeu
Rédiger et maintenir de la documentation technique
**Ce que vous apportez**:
Une compréhension approfondie des pipelines de création d'actifs prêts pour les jeux AAA
Maîtrise d'au moins un logiciel 3D (3Ds Max, Maya, Blender)
Connaissance des techniques d'optimisation et de profilage sur consoles/PC
Expérience avec la texture PBR, l'éclairage et le rendu
Expérience de travail avec des moteurs de jeu ; une expérience avec Unreal Engine 5 est un atout
Expérience dans la création de shaders (dans Unreal, GLSL/HLSL)
Volonté d'explorer de nouveaux flux de travail et de travailler avec des technologies de nouvelle génération
Capacité à travailler sous pression, à acquérir de nouvelles compétences et à développer de bonnes relations avec l'équipe
Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (artistes, concepteurs, programmeurs, directeurs techniques, etc.)
Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Fortes capacités organisationnelles
Orienté solutions
Les atouts: la connaissance du scripting/d'Unreal Blueprint, les outils procéduraux/Houdini/PCG, les pipelines d'effets visuels (VFX) et d'animation est un plus
L'expérience de travail avec des studios de co-développement et des partenaires externes est considérée comme un atout ainsi que l'expérience dans le développement de jeux AAA
Posséder une passion pour le jeu, l'art et la technologie

As a Technical Artist, you will work closely with artists and programmers to help with asset and pipeline optimizations.
