**Responsibilities**:

- Communication and daily planning between the operation center and sites.
- Ability to handle changes and influence changes.
- Ensure that the company's Health and Safety routines are executed.
- Remote feeding of salmon from the control room at the operating center.
- Contribute to routines and tasks to be carried out in accordance with procedures and guidelines for the organization.
- Provide suggestions for improvements and measures.
- Record daily production data.
- Adhere to the company's feeding strategy.
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of feeding.
- Report to the nearest manager regarding nonconformities and incidents in accordance with the company's guidelines.
- Know and follow the company's internal control and incident management system in accordance with procedures and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma.
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred.
- Possess strong background in feed and environmental risk management.
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Aqua Farmer, word processing & spreadsheets).
- The ability to work safely and effectively in challenging work environmental conditions.

**Please note this temporary position located in Port Hardy, so it would best suit someone residing in the local area.**
