Winnipeg, Canada My Gym Children's Fitness Center Full time

My Gym is currently hiring a children’s Gymnastics coach/instructor. You will be responsible for teaching gymnastics classes for ages 6 through 12. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales. Background in gymnastics, dance, sports and working with children would be necessary. Employees must be flexible in hours and location. Majority of the shifts are at our location, with some bookings in the surrounding area.

**Position Requirements**:

- Ability to work 20-35 hours per week, **including weekends and days and evenings**
- Highly energetic and team oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness; gymnastics, sports, dance, cheer, athletics, martial arts, or related field
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Effective time management
- Own vehicle is an asset
- Able to lift 50lbs
- CPR certified is an assets
- Child abuse registry check
- Criminal Record check

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Previous Experience in the following is considered an asset:

- Fitness and health
- Coaching/Training
- Customer service
- Daycare
- Working with Children
- Gymnastics, sports, dance, cheer, athletics, martial arts, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $14.15-$15.50 per hour
