**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical records systems.
- Handle incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and insurance information.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist with the coordination of dental procedures and follow-up appointments.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems; experience with Dentrix is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for this role.
