Why We Need You:
Our clinic, located in the **Westend of Ottawa (Kanata)** is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Service Specialist.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to our patients.

This position is a full-time/part-time, permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Fridays and some Saturdays.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

What Do You Bring?
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
