**Main Duties**:

- Maintain the jobsite, help placing concrete and other duties
- Fill out and understand an equipment logbook and Pre-Trip inspections
- Determine crane capacities and to prepare for rigging and hoisting
- Be able to read and interpret layouts, orders, instructions, or designs
- Be able to understand and follow all safety principles, practices and capacity load charts Supervise and mentor apprentices
- Ability to react under pressure and show critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
