**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and account analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning.
- Perform regular reconciliations of all accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain precise financial records.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure the integrity of financial information.
- Hold weekly and monthly meetings with the general manager to review financial performance and strategies.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. _If you do not have experience in the automotive industry, please do not apply._
- **BIG NEWS**: Those with automotive dealership experience are eligible for a **large retention bonus** after 1 year
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
