**Votre défi**:
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur général, la Directrice ou le Directeur Transport N2 a pour mission de soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie opérationnelle de son unité d’affaire en assurant la gestion des activités de transport et d’entretien de l’entreprise et en ciblant les priorités d’actions pour garantir une performance accrue du service. Vous gérez ainsi les ressources financières, humaines et matérielles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du terminal et entretenez un partenariat avec les clients et les équipes des autres terminaux pour développer un service de transport efficace et efficient. Enfin, vous soutenez les initiatives d’amélioration des processus opérationnels soulevés par votre équipe afin d’assurer la plus-value du service offert aux clients ainsi que la sécurité des membres du personnel.

D’assurer l’amélioration continue du service

**Responsable**

Soutenir la stratégie opérationnelle de votre unité d’affaires
Déterminer les priorités et les actions à prendre à partir des indicateurs de performance opérationnels et budgétaires
D’assurer une gestion efficace et de qualité des activités de transport et d’entretien de l’unité
Établir les priorités des activités de votre unité et les coordonner
Veiller à la réalisation des activités en collaboration avec les membres de votre équipe
Participer à l’élaboration du budget d’entretien
Assurer la gestion et le contrôle des coûts relatifs à la gestion du transport et de l’entretien
