Our diverse clients include film and TV productions, construction projects, commercial sites, industrial processes, and health care.
Our company is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Warehouse Generalist to fill a full-time permanent position in our Vancouver shop.
**Warehouse Generalist - Job Description**
**In the shop**
- Maintaining an organized work warehouse and outdoor compound.
- Ensuring the work trucks are clean and organized, ensure the kit and tool bags in each truck are restocked and up to date.
- Cleaning and organizing the rental equipment and accessories.
- Assisting in the order picking, loading, unloading and distribution of equipment and supplies for smooth and efficient workflow.
- Facilitating the recycling and waste programs and ensuring bins are regularly emptied and the proper protocols are being followed.
**In the field**
- Assisting with the install and retrieval of equipment and transport back to our shop at the end of the rental period
- Returning the job site to its original condition on completion of work.
- Representing Cool Air in a confident, professional manner at all times.
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Solid customer service skills
- Fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication.
- Mechanically inclines with experience with hand and power tools.
- Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record.

- Flexibility in working overtime hours during the week as well as managing occasional on-call weekends particularly during the peak summer months.

**NOTE**: Please be aware that this position includes a heavy physical component. You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
